21 Quarts of Tomato Juice!

Canning this batch of 21 Quarts of Tomato juice in a steam canner took us about three and one half hours. We also used a Champion electric powered juicer. With a hand cranked mill and water a bath canner it may have taken twice as long, but the results would be the same.
