Some Giant Tomatoes!
Here are two of our Beefsteak Tomatoes which I am about to can. Today it was 15 Quarts of Tomato juice for drinking and use in soups and bean chili. It does not take many of these to fill a quart jar. Tomato canning is in full swing here in Connecticut and our cupboards are filling up now in late August.
