Supper!

To go with the home made and home canned 'baked' beans with Ham in the Dutch oven, we have my Zucchini relish, canned tomato juice to drink and salads made with my indoor grown greens dressed with my pickled beets and sour cream. What a lovely dinner it was. To help me learn to cook in my fireplace I used a point and 'shoot' yellow and black digital thermometer to check the temperatures along the way. With experience, I won't need it, but for now it is nice and only cost $15 or so on Ebay.
