First Canning 2015

Here is my first canning of 2015. One batch of Strawberry Jam fresh picked from my garden. To the right is the small pan and electric hot plate I use to boil lids. To the left on the range is my newest steam and water bath caner made by Victorio. It has a temperature gauge on top of the lid.
