Pressure Cooking Beans

After soaking the dry beans in about 3 times as much water, they can be cooked. Simply boiling for hours works, but a Pressure Cooker cuts the cooking time down to minutes. Do not fill the Pressure Cooker over half full, and add some oil, and just enough water to cover the beans. Use a recipe from the company who made your pressure cooker.
