Apple Sauce 2015

We used the apple grinder I bought for cider making to grind up about a bushel of our apples. Then I cooked them slightly and used a hand cranked Presto brand fruit separator to make apple sauce and expel the skins seeds and cores. Then processed them with a Victorio steam canner and got 33 pints to keep on the shelf. The whole process only took several hours of pleasant work.
